Fourth and fifth graders from PS 25 in Brooklyn got a special treat on December 4th on their visit to Build-A-Bear in Manhattan - they were each able to "build" their own teddy bears! Joined by volunteers from High Water Women, and Partnership with Children's Young Professional's Committee, the students chose bears from a wide variety of colors and styles, and then took part in games during which they gave their bears "hearts" and had them stuffed. Each bear was given a "birth certificate" and name, chosen by the students.
